Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of product. 

Please call us for a return authorization number, and return address.  Do not return to the address listed below, this will only delay or void a refund. 

Product must be in new resellable condition.  Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of return, less any original outgoing freight expenses. 

If you receive tiles that have manufacturer defects, or the wrong color tiles, please contact us and we will rectify immediately at no cost to you.
