Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of product and must be returned in full cases. 

Please call us for a return authorization number, and return address.  Do not return to the address listed below, as this will only delay or void a refund. 

Please note that these tiles are heavy and expensive to ship, if you aren't sure of your color then please request a free sample.  Although, be aware that there can be a slight color shade variance between product batches, so your sample might be slightly different color than the tile you order. 

Product must be in new resellable condition. 

Merchandise is returned at customers expense, and refund checks will be processed within approximately 15 business days of return, less any original outgoing freight expenses.
